We’re husband and wife, Ibrahim “Iba” Doumbia and Lauren Blair, partners in life and in work. Together we co-lead a small business in Los Angeles, raise our kids and carry the honor of caring for family abroad.
Our lives are both practical and visionary. We run the day-to-day operations of our business, build independent consulting careers and move intentionally toward what God has next for us.
This site brings us together because our journeys are intertwined even when our consulting practices are separate. This is the landing pad for it all, one place to connect with each of us and the work we do.
